Once you have changed the email address in your back office the new email address becomes your new Login. Try your new email address for your Login and your regular password and that should log you in. |

When you send a custom video email to someone, they will have an option to edit the video and send to someone else they know. All they have to do is put another business email, business name, keyword(s) and phone number in the form and they can forward the video to someone they know. When they do; your name will appear as the Internet Specialist, if you have the Silver or Deluxe Package.

That's up to you, however you can monitor the number of forwarded videos from your home page and decide to purchase more later.

Our system is designed to capture every forwarded video, and our programming will insert your name as the Internet Specialist if you have opted out in for the viral video forwards. If you have opted for 100 only then all videos forwarded beyond that point will show the next Internet Specialist with forwards to be filled. |

What if I have not used my emails for the month, do they accumulate?

Any unused emails for sending videos will be lost when your monthly payment cycles. All account settings will default to your monthly limit of 100 or 250 depending on your plan.
