SENDINGNEWS PROVIDES:
Login and ability to send video links direct to prospects or to user to forward links in themselves.

TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP:
SendingNews agrees to provide a landing page to send videos to user for 7 days without risk of cost.

NO WARRANTY OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES:
SendingNews does not warrant, guaranty or endorse any product, SEO or service provided by any third party. SendingNews only provides email delivery and video links with information provided by user in the sending video form.

CODE OF CONDUCT:
User agrees to send videos responsibly. All complaints are reviewed and a user may be terminated without notice either temporarily or permanently at the sole desecration of SendingNews and it's administrators. Credit Card or PayPal Payments

User agrees to provide credit card or PayPal information when enrolling and user agrees that fees will be charged to their account after the free trial period.

CANCELLATION:
If a user cancels the SendingNews account it is the responsibility of the User to cancel their method of payment through the PayPal account. If a PayPal account was setup for the purpose of paying the SendingNews fees they will be able to login to PayPal using their email address and password setup at the time of enrollment.

PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION: Members are never asked to compromise personal information at any time and each member shall do so at their own risk. DAMAGES -

NOTWITHSTANDING ANY DAMAGES USER MAY INCUR FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL DAMAGES REFERENCED ABOVE AND ALL DIRECT OR GENERAL DAMAGES),

UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ALL OF FOREGOING SHALL BE LIMITED TO $1.00 THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS, AND DISCLAIMERS SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. IMPORTANT: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS RELATING TO YOUR BUSINESS
